Your Role:
ReSource Pro is seeking an Audit Support Specialist to join our Premium Services Audit team. In this role, you’ll serve as a key connection point between physical auditors, insurance carrier contacts, internal support teams, and leadership. You’ll manage audit inventory, assign audits based on regional needs and auditor skill sets, monitor progress, resolve workflow issues, and provide reporting that helps keep audits on track through completion.
This is a part-time remote position working approximately 25 hours per week during normal business hours, with some flexibility based on business needs.

In this role, you will:
Manage audit inventory by assigning audits to physical auditors based on regional needs, availability, workload, and skill level.
Monitor audits from assignment through billing, proactively identifying delays or roadblocks and partnering with auditors to keep work moving toward completion.
Serve as a primary point of contact for auditors by responding to questions, assisting with billing or audit-related issues, and coordinating with carrier contacts and internal teams when additional support is needed.
Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly reports, including inventory aging, hours billed, return rates, turnaround times, and other audit progress metrics.
Review audit inventory and capacity, coordinate audit reallocations or virtual audit approvals, and partner with leadership to address scheduling or workload needs.
Maintain regular communication with assigned auditors, provide timely updates and reports, and help reinforce department goals, expectations, and processes.
Review and approve auditor timesheets and requests while supporting internal documentation and compliance requirements.
Partner with Audit Leadership and the Audit Support Team to identify trends, resolve issues, share knowledge, and continuously improve workflows and processes.
What you need to be successful:
High School Diploma or GED.
3–5 years of experience in customer service, operations, or administrative roles.
Premium audit experience and/or experience in insurance operations or accounting is preferred.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to balance competing priorities and meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build productive working relationships across remote teams.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications; experience with NEXUS and DOMO reporting is preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues, take initiative, and work independently.
A detail-oriented and accountable approach with a focus on accuracy, productivity, and timely follow-through.
Ability to remain accessible and responsive while effectively supporting auditors and internal stakeholders in a remote work environment.

Your Compensation:
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes annual bonus eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at ReSource Pro. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees. This is a remote position, and the salary range for most locations for this role is $18-$22 per hour. The salary range may vary based on experience and on the specific geographic location in which the candidate resides.
