Your Role...
ReSource Pro is seeking a Technology Strategy & Systems Intern to join our growing AI and Digital Transformation team. This isn't a "shadowing" role—you will be on the front lines of modernization, helping our insurance industry clients bridge the gap between legacy operations and future-ready technology.

Strategy & Advisory
- Support assessment of client technology environments and identification of modernization opportunities.
- Gather and document business and technical requirements.
- Contribute to development of technology roadmaps, presentations, and client deliverables.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies and summarize insights for team use.
- Assist in design, configuration, and implementation of technology solutions.
- Support system integrations, cloud initiatives, and infrastructure updates.
- Participate in testing, validation, and basic troubleshooting.
- Develop and maintain technical and process documentation.
- Gain hands-on exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise systems.
- Support data, application, and basic automation activities.
- Assist with database querying, reporting, and data validation.
- Contribute to team adoption of modern engineering and DevOps practices.
What You Need to be Successful...
High School diploma or equivalent; Enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program
MS Office - Word, Outlook, Access, and strong Excel skills
Customer-centric mindset, enjoy providing a service and solving customer problems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Team player mentality and commitment to supporting other team members
Process-focused and detail oriented, committed to accurate documentation
Technological proficiency – able to learn, utilize, and navigate a variety of external and internal systems
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes annual bonus eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at ReSource Pro. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees. This is a remote position, and the salary range for most locations for this role is $25.00 per hour. The salary range may vary based on experience and on the specific geographic location in which the candidate resides.
