Your Role...

ReSource Pro is seeking an entry-level Customer Service Associate to process elementary insurance tasks and be responsible for meeting quality, quantity, and time deadlines. This position will be responsible for operating within the clients' systems and following established guidelines and procedures. This position will follow ReSource Pro's Information Security policies/guidelines.

This position is onsite at our office in Belgrade.

In this role, you will be...
  • Communicating with clients using clear, polite, and well-organized English
  • Providing a high-level of client service to a variety of US-based insurance clients
  • Proactively troubleshooting and resolving potential issues
  • Promptly responding to client requests and quickly resolving problems as they arise
  • Collaborating with our global team of insurance experts in China, India, and the United States
  • Conducting assigned auditing
  • Collecting and analyzing work production data
  • Assisting in effectively training other team members

What You Need to be Successful...
  • Secondary education, four-year duration (vocational, artistic, secondary school)
  • Computer Literacy and Typing Skills
  • English proficiency - reading, writing
  • Microsoft Office Skills
