ReSource Pro-Technology - Remote - Full Time

Your role... 
As a Technology Specialist for ReSource Pro, you will provide additional and advanced support on all helpdesk issues and will serve as Tier 2, escalated support for issues that cannot be handled by Tier 1 level support staff. You will be responsible for support of cloud based systems and applications, assist in management of network storage, virtualization platforms, contact center applications, network infrastructure and end points. You will assist with IT project and M&A integrations.

All remote positions are based in the United States, and candidates must reside within the U.S. to be eligible for consideration.

After 3 months you will... 

  • Monitor help desk queue, assume ownership of tickets, and provide resolution of issues
  • Perform Tier 2 assistance to other help desk staff to resolve more complex issues. This includes Desktop, Server, Network Infrastructure, and System Admin issues
  • Monitor and maintain network infrastructure and systems; Assist network changes and reconfigurations. Assist with Server management including Active Directory, O365, Azure, and other infrastructure security platforms
  • Provie guidance and support to junior-level IT staff on Systems an Network Projects and initiatives
  • Handle end user support, network tasks, and other activities currently being performed by the helpdesk, server, and network teams offshore
  • Support and contribute to a wide range of Technology projects; Perform complex tasks related to the Technology department goals and initiatives
  • Lead short-term and Tier 2 Technology projects with suppport from the IT Manager; Leverage knowledge and IT expertise to troubleshoot and make recommendations; Manage project deadlines to ensure deliverables are completed on time
  • Leverage knowledge of technology implementations to coach and mentor other members of the Technology teams on global implementations
What you need to be successful… 
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related area of study or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years experience providing hands on help desk support
  • 2+ years experience supporting networking and server technologies
  • Experience with Microsoft Server, O365, Exchange, Linux, Azure administration
  • Working knowledge of basic networking
  • Self-motivation, passion for technology and networks
  • Exceptional troubleshooting skills
  • Quick and enthusiastic learning capabilities

Your Compensation… 
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes annual bonus eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at ReSource Pro. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees. This is a remote position, and the salary range for most locations for this role is $39,338 - $66,393 annually. The salary range may vary based on experience and on the specific geographic location in which the candidate resides.
