Your Role...
As a Specialist, Talent Acquisition - Technical at ReSource Pro, you will play a key role in supporting ReSource Pro's Technology Services organization. This position is responsible for full-cycle talent acquisition for a wide range of technical roles, including software engineers, QA specialists, data scientists, architects, and business analysts, from Associate to Manager level. This role partners closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure timely and effective hiring while ensuring acquisition of top tier talent. This role supports sourcing efforts, candidate engagement, and talent acquisition projects.

All remote positions are based in the United States, and candidates must reside within the U.S. to be eligible for consideration.

After 6 months you will...

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for Technology Services and support other corporate hiring needs
  • Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to define role requirements and sourcing strategies
  • Execute structured interviews (phone, behavioral, technical) aligned with job competencies
  • Develop sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, SeekOut, and Boolean searches
  • Build and manage candidate pipelines; maintain accurate tracking systems and tools
  • Guide hiring managers through talent acquisition best practices and structured hiring processes
  • Serve as the primary candidate contact, ensuring a positive and professional experience
  • Maintain ATS accuracy for compliance, reporting, and audit readiness
  • Support onboarding and monitor time-to-fill metrics to meet business staffing goals
  • Contribute to TA projects, including M&A integration, process improvements, and playbook development
  • Collaborate with HR, L&D, and cross-functional teams to align hiring with business goals
  • Promote a respectful, collaborative team culture and support onboarding for new TA team members

What you need to be successful...

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years' experience of technical talent acquisition and/or sourcing experience
  • 1-2 years' experience of behavioral interviewing and thematics experience
  • High level understanding of technical talent markets and knowledgeable in the industry to successfully run targeted search campaigns
  • Demonstrated knowledge of technical roles and career paths across IT, QA, and data functions, with the ability to translate technical requirements into effective sourcing and screening strategies
  • Exposure to project management or process improvement initiatives
  • High level of conscientiousness, consistently ensuring accuracy, completeness, and follow-through in all responsibilities
  • Collaborative mindset - value team success over individual and foster constructive relationships; Strong business acumen and strategic agility
  • Some evening and weekend availability is required to meet the needs of the candidate pool
Your Compensation...
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes annual bonus eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at ReSource Pro. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees. This is a remote position and the salary range for most locations for this role is $44,816 - $76,076. The salary range may vary based on the specific geographic location in which the candidate resides.
