Your role...
As a Senior Specialist, Technology Operations, you will be responsible for leading top-level technical escalations across the existing IT team while supporting and maintaining both on-premises and cloud-based systems and applications. This role provides hands-on ownership of cloud technologies including O365 and Azure, and takes a lead role in M&A integrations. Responsibilities also include building, executing, and owning technical projects end-to-end, ensuring stable, secure, and scalable infrastructure across hybrid environments.

This is a predominately remote position that does require the candidate to live within a commutable distance and availability to travel into the office located in Vincennes, Indiana as needed.
In This Role, You Will...
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure and systems; Be responsible for network changes and reconfigurations
- Lead Server Management including Active Directory, O365, Azure, HyperV, and other infrastructure security platforms
- Assist the Information Security team with security related tasks, projects, and initiatives
- Perform Tier 3 assistance to other help desk staff to resolve more complex issues. This includes Desktop, Server, Phones, Network Infrastructure, and System Admin issues
- Assist in the client connectivity setups, security infrastructure, network adds/configurations/changes/troubleshooting
- Assist the Technology team with M&A due diligence and integration planning and execution of system migrations
- Lead mid-to-long-term and Tier 3 Technology projects with support from the IT Manager; Leverage knowledge and IT expertise to troubleshoot and make recommendations; Manage project deadlines to ensure deliverables are completed on time
- Utilize knowledge of technology implementations to coach and mentor other members of technology teams on global implementations
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related area of study
- 5 years' experience in system administration, cloud infrastructure, and server and network administration
- 2 years' experience working on M&A integrations
- Working knowledge of Azure Active Directory and AWS
- Experience with Microsoft Server, O365, Exchange, and Linux
- Self-motivated with a passion for technology and networks
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills and a quick and enthusiastic learner
- Occasional nights/weekend hours may be required to perform or support system updates, troubleshooting, and scheduled maintenance

Your Compensation…
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes annual bonus eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at ReSource Pro. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees. This is a remote position, and the salary range for most locations for this role is $44,816 - $76,076 annually. The salary range may vary based on experience and on the specific geographic location in which the candidate resides.
