Loss Control Surveyor- Contract/1099
The Loss Control Surveyor will complete and submit loss control survey reports to ReSource Pro-Lowry. The process of completing the report involves setting an appointment with the policyholder, conducting an interview to verify operations, photographing the property, and identifying any hazards. The Loss Control Surveyor will then write up the report on the provided web-based system and submit it to ReSource Pro-Lowry for quality assurance and processing.

- Schedule appointments
- Visit insured's location
- Conduct onsite interview with the insured
- Survey/inspect the location
- Identity hazards
- Take digital photos
- Make any improvement recommendations
- Measure and calculate square footage
- Deliver a thorough online report after the visit
- Valid driver’s license.
- State Issued Worker's Compensation.
- Certificate of General Liability Insurance.
- LLC Articles or Certificate of Organization.
- Strong commitment to superior service.
- Strong sense of self-motivation and self-discipline.
- Superior organizational, time management and computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly present to both technical and non-technical audiences; interacts tactfully and effectively in difficult situations.
- Represent ReSource Pro-Lowry when on job sites in a positive and professional manner
- Able to adjust to new situations and changing priorities.
- Develops a high degree of trust through demonstrated personal integrity and ethical behavior.
- Computer: preferably laptop, with high-speed internet access (Microsoft Windows operating system, or Mac with a Windows virtual machine installed.)
- Reliable transportation.
- Measurement device.
- Digital camera or cell phone capable of taking pictures.
