Your Role...
ReSource Pro is looking for an experienced Senior Reviewer, Loss Control Surveyor to join ReSource Pro's team of auditors and surveyors.

The Senior Reviewer, Loss Control Surveyor will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of Loss Control Surveys submitted by the surveyor team. This role acts as a final checkpoint for survey quality, provides structured feedback for improvement, and mentors surveyors on best practices and technical standards. This position supports the overall development and performance of the surveyor workforce while maintaining alignment with client-specific and internal quality standards.

All remote positions are based in the United States, and candidates must reside within the U.S. to be eligible for consideration.

In this role you will...
  • Conduct in-depth reviews of submitted Loss Control Surveys across multiple coverage lines (e.g., Workers' Compensation, General Liability, Property).​​​​​​
  • Evaluate reports against internal RSP standards and client-specific guidelines to ensure completeness, consistency, and technical accuracy. 
  • Provide clear, concise feedback on needed corrections and document required changes thoroughly. 
  • Use tools such as CoreLogic to validate replacement costs and AUSUM or Loss Control 360 for report processing. 
  • Complete an average of 10–20 survey reviews daily, depending on report complexity. 
  • Escalate significant quality report concerns or recurring trends to the Senior Practice Director. 
  • Serve as a mentor and resource for 5–15 surveyors, offering onboarding, process guidance, and professional development support. 
  • Train on systems (e.g., Loss Control 360, AUSUM), internal standards, client expectations, and reporting best practices. 
  • Monitor quality trends and provide coaching to improve individual and team performance. 
  • Communicate respectfully and constructively with contractors regarding report deficiencies and expectations. 
  • Maintain records of mentoring interactions and progress; inform leadership of any performance risks
What you need to be successful...
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Loss Control Surveyor 
  • Prior experience in QA or peer review of technical reports preferred 
  • 1–2 years of experience mentoring or coaching peers/team members 
  • Experience with mobile data collection systems or report platforms (CoreLogic, Loss Control 360, AUSUM)
  • Strong written and verbal communication 
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated 
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment 
  • Comfortable providing feedback and coaching others

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes annual bonus eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at ReSource Pro. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees. This is a remote position and the salary range for most locations for this role is $46,518 - $78,967 annually. The salary range may vary based on the specific geographic location in which the candidate resides.
