Do you thrive on turning bold ideas into working AI products? Are you ready to help build ReSource Pro’s brand-new AI Factory from the ground up?

Come Join ReSource Pro!

The Group Product Leader will join a new department within ReSource Pro focused on building AI-native solutions for the insurance industry. This small team will establish a small, entrepreneurially minded cross-functional group of engineers, product, and design talent focused on building customer-facing AI products from scratch. The successful candidate will shape not only the products, but the culture and operating model of this emerging innovation unit.

Unlike traditional Product Manager roles focused on roadmaps and feature change, this position is about invention. You’ll guide a small and talented team through concept exploration, model prototyping, and rapid iteration with live customers, shipping production-ready AI systems that solve real insurance problems and prove what’s possible at scale. We have our first few products defined and have lined up initial client development partners.

This isn’t a feature-management role. It’s about shaping concepts from zero, validating with customers, and shipping working software at startup speed — backed by the resources, reach, and credibility of a 14,000-person enterprise.
  • Build AI products from zero to one — You’ll lead the creation of brand-new, customer-facing AI products from concept to production, not incremental features or prototypes.
  • Operate like a startup, backed by a 14,000-person company — You’ll have autonomy, budget, and direct CEO access, but the safety net and customer base of ReSource Pro.
  • Direct line to customers — You’ll work hands-on with ReSource Pro’s insurance clients to co-design and rapidly validate AI-driven solutions that solve real operational pain points.
  • Hands-on product leadership — This is not a PowerPoint PM role. You’ll be in the tools, testing models, building prototypes with no-code and AI workflow builders, and iterating daily with engineers and designers.
  • Fast iteration culture — Success is measured by speed to production and creativity in leveraging AI shipping working products, not decks.
  • Shape the playbook for AI in insurance — Define how AI products can transform underwriting, claims, and operations for an entire industry.
  • Greenfield team with full ownership — Join the founding 10-person “AI Factory” reporting to the CEO — you’ll help shape team norms, tech stack, and roadmap from the ground up.
  • End-to-end responsibility — You’ll own everything from early concept discovery to launch metrics, adoption, and customer success — true 0→1→scale ownership.
  • Blend creativity and rigor You’ll  balance innovation speed with production-grade delivery — building products that ship fast and last.
  • High visibility and long-term impact — Your work will directly define ReSource Pro’s next chapter as it transitions from a 20-year operational powerhouse into an AI-driven product company.

What You’ll Do
Lead from concept to launch
  • Own product vision, strategy, and execution for 0→1 AI-driven products serving carriers, brokers, and other insurance clients.
  • Translate ambiguous opportunities into concrete product hypotheses, then validate them with design partners and customer data.
  • Drive alignment with engineering, data science, design, and executive leadership — turning ideas into shipped, measurable outcomes.
Collaborate and build fast
  • Work hands-on with engineers and data scientists to experiment with models, workflows, and automation tools.
  • Prototype directly — using no-code builders, AI APIs, and workflow engines — to explore concepts before committing to code.
  • Run rapid iteration cycles: build → test → learn → deploy → measure → refine.
  • Co-create with customers in live pilots and early access programs to gather fast feedback and sharpen value propositions.
Operate like a startup
  • Define success metrics and track product velocity, engagement, and adoption.
  • Prioritize ruthlessly: focus on what unlocks learning, market traction, or revenue fastest.
  • Shape product culture and rituals for this new team — setting the tone for speed, creativity, and accountability.
  • Partner directly with the CEO to communicate progress, surface insights, and make strategic trade-offs.

What You’ll Bring
  • 7+ years in Product Management, with 3+ years leading 0→1 product development in fast-moving, tech-driven environments. Bonus fit: For building your own products/startups in the past.
  • Demonstrated success building AI-powered or data-driven products from inception to launch.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, data, and design in small, high-trust teams.
  • Experience engaging directly with enterprise customers — ideally B2B SaaS, workflow automation, or applied AI contexts.
  • Familiarity with modern product development tools (e.g., Figma, Linear/Jira, OpenAI APIs, Zapier, etc.) and iterative testing.
Skills
  • Deep understanding of how to turn business pain points into product opportunities.
  • Strong technical fluency — you can discuss APIs, models, prompts, and architecture trade-offs with engineers.
  • Prototyping instincts — comfortable sketching, building, or configuring to test ideas rapidly.
  • Excellent storytelling and communication — able to earn executive trust while inspiring a small, technical team.
  • Relentless bias for action, curiosity, and a builder’s mindset.
Mindset
  • You thrive in ambiguity, see constraints as creative fuel, and measure success in working software, not slides.
  • You move between strategic and tactical seamlessly — one day writing a vision doc, the next day debugging a prototype with engineers.
  • You believe AI is not just a technology layer, but a product paradigm shift — and you want to shape how it transforms an entire industry.
