Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist will be the next level to growing our business and building a broader base of insurance professionals to serve our customers. 

What you’ll do:

  • Serve hiring managers as an expert in company culture, selection and onboarding initiatives
  • Discover, attract and engage talent for ReSource Pro onshore hiring needs through interviewing and other selection processes for positions at various levels and in multiple areas of the business
  • Evaluate, research and develop the long term recruiting strategy for an evolving industry
  • Lead the recruiting channel and vendor management relationships
  • Develop and guide a strong team of recruiters and onboarding associates
  • Research, plan and guide the development of the ideal candidate experience

What you need to have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree
  • Professional certification (i.e., PHR, SPHR, CSSR,
  • 7+ years recruiting, pipeline, channel & vendor management experience
  • 3+ years leading & directing the work of others
  • Tremendous communication skills (oral, written & presentation)
  • Thrives on pressure but gets how important it is to remain calm in a hiring crisis
  • Experience navigating and reporting data from various ATS platforms
  • Excellent project & vendor management skills
  • Leadership assessing, developing and effectively managing a team of talent professionals
  • Teamwork and collaboration is an absolute must!
