ReSource Pro is building the future of commercial P&C insurance account management in Lincoln, NE.  Our team of professionals is growing, and we're looking to build individuals that have exposure in the retail insurance agency space.  We want to take strong, dedicated individuals who have already had some experiences in commercial property and casualty insurance and give them the opportunity to expand their impact to our customers.

An Insurance Account Specialist with ReSource Pro will:

  • Talk to your customers!  Not an automated phone system, our customers actually get to talk to a real person - and you're the one.  
  • Follow up on requests and tasks that need to be accomplished for our clients and their customers.
  • Process insurance related tasks such as certificates, endorsements and documentation of completed work in the appropriate Agency Management System (such as AMS, TAM, EPIC, Sagiita, or other system)
  • Supports our incredible Insurance Account Management team in working with our internal processes and workflows to create an effortless customer experience
  • Demonstrate teamwork like it's never been seen before.

  • Must have a resident property & casualty producers license
  • 1 or more years’ experience with insurance, preferably property & casualty in a retail agency environment (reviewing client & policy information, updating demographics, answering phone calls, emails, endorsement questions, invoices, policies, notices, etc.)
  • Designations such as CIC, CISR, ARM, AINS, FLMI, ALMI, ACS, GBA, etc. preferred
  • 2 or more years providing customer service excellence and delivering an experience that keeps your customers coming back
  • Exposure to an Agency Management System (AMS), insurance management systems
  • Strong communication skills (oral, written and conflict management)
  • Willing to be flexible, change roles quickly and be comfortable in a dynamic start-up atmosphere
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
