Sales Executive- Insurance Company Market

ReSource Pro is looking for a Sales Executive (Insurance Company Market) to help continue our growth in the insurance company space. 

You will do this by:

  • Developing leads and prospects to identify potential new clients
  • Increasing visibility and developing relationships that can lead to new business
  • Pursuing strategic alliances to help generate new leads and prospects
  • Assessing client need and developing a proposal that shows how our services can offer solutions
  • Negotiating contract terms and conditions with clients
  • Managing the prospective client relationship through signing of the contact and transition to client integration
  • Making compelling presentations to clients and adjusting content of presentations to meet the needs of clients
  • Proactively keep management informed by entering activity in Salesforce
  • Monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace information
  • Recommending changes in products, services and sales process

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree
  • 10 years sales experience
  • 5 years selling consulting, business services or technology to insurance companies
