Business Development Associate

Are you a motivated and enthusiastic recent college graduate? Are you ready to be a part of a company that’s changing the game in Insurance?

ReSource Pro is looking for a Business Development Associate to support the Business Development team in sales and sales support activities. The program provides three tiers of progressively responsible roles and development opportunities including gaining an understanding of sales models and processes, interpersonal skills and a chance to visit our global delivery centers in China and/or India.

You will do this by:

  • Responding to incoming sales leads
  • Coordinating salesforce record creation and update qualified leads
  • Attending tradeshows and networking events to help generate new leads
  • Schedule meetings with leads for the client acquisition and client development executives
  • Support Business Development in preparation for customer meetings
  • Attending presentation meetings with prospects and Client Acquisition team members

You have:

  • A bachelor’s degree
  • Customer service, account management or sales internship experience (preferred)
  • Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
  • A positive team-player attitude
