Inside Sales Representative

Named one of the best places to work in the insurance industry, our sister company, Distinguished Programs is currently looking for a passionate, eager and motivated Inside Sales representative who will be responsible for business growth in our Builders/Remodelers Risk and Vacant Property programs.

You will do this by:

  • Engaging new and prospecting brokers via telephone, e-mail, and social media
  • Understanding market trends and competitive landscape to provide insights to brokers
  • Presenting Distinguished’s suite of programs to new prospects
  • Thoroughly understanding the broker’s registration and submission process
  • Utilizing Salesforce to build and maintain accurate records on prospects and producing brokers
  • Actively contributing to team process improvement and innovation

This ideal candidate will:

  • Be outgoing, self-motivated and eager to learn
  • Be able to work independently and thrive in a goal oriented, competitive environment
  • Have high energy and determination to grow the business by meeting the high volume demands of outbound sales calls
  • Be Innovative when working both internally with the team and externally with the brokers
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence
  • Be flexible with the ability to adjust, adapt and assimilate into a high performing team
