Client Executive

ReSource Pro is looking for a Client Executive who is responsible for building loyal and growing client relationships by having a detailed understanding of client account business strategy, drivers, goals and initiatives and translating these into ReSource Pro selling opportunities.

You will do this by:

  • Directing strategy within assigned accounts including driving and coordinating executed selling and relationship activities;
  • Understanding clients’ business goals and objectives;
  • Managing forecast accuracy on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis;
  • Prospecting and managing C-level and senior level relationships;
  • Developing and conducting presentations with contract decision makers;
  • Meeting quota aligned to specific account targets.

This ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree;
  • 10-15 years proven consultative sales experience, preferably within or selling business services into the insurance, banking or healthcare industries with evidence of prior success in Sales;
  • Account management experience with outcome of increased customer satisfaction, retention and account growth;
  • Strong demonstration of intellect, drive, executive presence, and sales acumen;
  • Understanding of the full lifecycle of the sales process from prospecting to close;
  • Proven ability to understand enterprise-wide issues and to structure innovative, integrated solutions. 

This role is an excellent opportunity to build one-to-one relationships with your clients.  A large portion of your time will be spent travelling for this job.  Your location can be based anywhere in the US - our goal is to be where our customers are.
